Should new swaybar links be easy to move?

I just purchased some new links from the dealership after my old ones were completely shot and leaking and when I inspected them they seem to have almost as much play on the joints as the bad ones I just pulled off. The parts guy wasn't sure so I had him grab another set and it was the same thing. I had some moog links I ordered off amazon that I was ready to install but they screwed up the order and gave me the wrong part for the left side. Comparing the two however is very different, the moogs are much stiffer and require actual force to move whereas the mercedes oem i could wiggle around freely with ease. I am used to most suspension items being very stiff like this when brand new but is this how the oem mercedes links are?
