2010 E350
HELP unable to start car
Details: 2010 E350 coupe
1. Car does not start.
2. Key battery replaced.
3. Able to lock and unlock the doors.
4. Steering wheel moves up and down and slides when I get in.
5. No lights on dash, but lights everywhere else.
6. Lights do not fade when I try to start.
7. Key still snaps back to position 2 when start is attempted.
8. Unable to shift out of park.
9. Steering wheel is able to be rotated and is not locked.
10. Using jump box or jumper cables to known good battery has no change.
