Telescopic but no tilt
My steering wheel has suddenly lost its ability to tilt up and down. When you push the lever, it makes a single click and does nothing. It telescopes perfectly. Not sure if it's related, but the adaptive headlight feature is not working either. No indicator shows on the dash when you turn on the feature.
I've had both problems before and they mysteriously healed themselves, but no such luck so far.
Ideas?

Sit in the car.....push up (gently) on the steering wheel with your knees. Push the adjustment button and smack the wheel upwards. I had to do mine a week after I bought it. I smacked it up and down a couple times and it engaged. The next thing I did was turn off the entry assist option! Hope it resolves!

Glad it fixed it! That exact problem is what brought me to this forum for the first time. Keep in mind as I was told by my mechanic that this is only a temporary fix. The plastic gear will have to be replaced of serviced. I just adjusted mine to my liking and turned off the function.
