Puzzled by all these fault codes and wonder what to do?

I posted earlier that my 2012 E350C has two messages
Check left tail and brake lamp
Check left reverse lamp

Its the Left Unit on the Trunk Lid, all other rear lights work properly.,
I took the car in to my dealer and they wanted to change the two Left Rear Units (Rear Left Complete Light Assembly) for $958.58.
I decided to just buy the left trunk unit and took the car to the body shop, the body shop installed the new unit but no luck.
They happened to have a scanner and they went ahead and did the scan, the results is posted below.

I am puzzled by a few things, the MBZ dealer could have or should have pulled the same codes that know that its not the light assembly, yet they tried to sell me the light assembly?
I am also puzzled by the codes that mentioned also the right side, but the right side is working properly. I have no knowledge in auto electrical system. So now I don't know what to do or who to take the car to as I do no trust my dealer anymore.

Any advice is appreciated.

Problem solved. The ground wire in the trunk (brown) was broken and four other were showing bare metal. This is supposedly a common issue since the old E class, W211. There are several video on youtube on this problem.
