Pardon my silly question, and you can probably tell I'm new by it however, how do I know if the top has fully closed and or fully opened. I thought there was a notice on the instrument cluster or comand that let's you know, but I don't see it?? Where should I be looking? I don't want to leave it open just a little so rain or debris gets in.

if it’s not telling you it’s done, I’d go back to whoever you bought the car from. It’s not completing its cycle.
