Hello everyone, so I have recently learned that there is a European Import salvage yard about 30 minutes away from me, possibly a blessing in disguise. Anyways, I found a 2012 E350 Cabriolet steering wheel, with the center piece missing, guessing because the air bag went off. I will attach images to the post. The current wheel I have does not have paddle shifters, and it does not have the updated buttons and what not, which has me thinking it would be more complicated than simply taking current one off and putting new one on. Is that a correct assumption? Is there a way for this to be done. It is not a necessity, but I have always loved the look of the wood grain on the wheels and would love to have that as an addition to my already pretty sweet ride. Below I have attached the images of the steering wheel that has been posted, if needed I can also drop the link to the car if that is needed as well. Thanks everyone
I love to this conversion for my 2010 e350 coupe , I heard that something needs to be transferred over to a replacement steering wheel but not sure exactly.
