B6 Service

I have a 2011 e350 with 60kmiles (bought used 3 years ago with 30k miles). I've been taking it to a local independent german car mechanic, but not sure how much I trust them. They quoted $1200 for my B6 Service and said they will replace the spark plugs and tranny fluid in addition to normal b6 stuff. Not sure I need this, as I had the tranny fluid done 2 years (20k miles) ago. Sparkplugs seem fine, don't they last till 100k miles? Another local place quoted me $400 over Yelp for a normal b6 Service (without sparkplugs and tranny fluids). Wondering if I should take it there instead....

So I guess my question is, do I need to do the sparkplugs and tranny fluid?
