Intermittent hiccups at idle - 2012 e550 coupe

Intermittent hiccups at idle - 2012 e550 coupe
Noticed the issue couple days ago when I was stopped at a red light. It started with intermittent hiccups, like once or twice every 10-15 seconds.
Now I also notice there is lugging in the engine when going around 30km/hour.

I noticed these issues after filling up - I wonder if I had a bad batch of gas? (91 premium only).

I was on EC tune, but I've since taken it off. No CEL or codes

Has anyone encountered this?
