I just bought a 2017 Mercedes Benz E400 4Matic Coupe. I previously drove Audi A5s until I found out about this Coupe. I am new to Mercedes Benz and after browsing the internet I have learned that there are different models within the E400 Coupes like "C207" "C238" or "W207" and "W238". Can someone give me a brief overview of what thats means and the differences? Also, can you identify which one mine is based off the info from the VIN and pics below?
I have been looking at ordering some modifications/upgrades but I cannot until I know what "model" this is. Any help is appreciated. I know i'm a noob so please take it easy on me.

Hello and welcome. Your car is a C207. The overarching platform designation "W207" refers to both coupe and cabriolet body types, while "C207" specifies a coupe and "A207" specifies a cabriolet. Your model represents the end of this line, after which the W207 was replaced by the W238.
BTW, congrats on finding one with a flat-bottom, wood steering wheel. I have the same wheel, and they're not common.
