E350 A207 Convertible

Enjoying my new "weekend sunny" car. Quite nice!
There is very fine wood on the door panels & the dashboard. However, they have started to "peel" off. Not entirely, but enough to make it so that you have to be extra careful
as not to break the wood, if you touch it quickly.
So here are my statements/questions...
My statements are: I tried some Gorilla Glue Epoxy to re-glue the wood. But it didn't work. I followed the Gorilla Glue directions perfectly, but no luck.
My question are: Does any know what type of "glue" I should be using? It is wood (super thin) & plastic (I think) on the door panels & dashboard. It should be easy & fast. But the Gorilla Glue Epoxy said to hold it for 5 minutes, which I did. But, it just came apart again. I think Crazy Glue??? Your thoughts...thanks

Some pics would help. Is the wood trim still in a whole piece and coming off or is it breaking up? In any event, those trims are pretty easy to replace.

My 2011 E350 Convertible doesn't use "screw on" wood. It is glued on.

The video that you attached, had door panel "connectors."
The wood on my 2011 E350 convertible, doesn't have any connectors.
It is glued onto the door panel.
I guess I just want to know hat type of glue is correct.

My passenger side dash trim started coming loose and I used super glue. Someone makes one with a small brush.
