Dnasty

Recently my passenger side dlr went out and it appears the bulb is good but no power is going to it through the wire. I am not sure where to fix this... the wire and socket seems ok upon inspection ( didn't follow it all the way to the source). But I do not think there is a fuse for these lights. What's even more curious is that when i hook up my mb scanner it doesn't mention the light that is out but instead says there is a short in the functional drl on the drivers side. Could it be these lights are in tandem and if one has a short the other will not turn on? Still not sure why the working one is throwing the code and not the broken side in icarsoft. If anyon ecan help i'd be appreciative.
