The annoying ticking noise from the fans is becoming more apparent with the cold weather and I'm thinking of replacing the blower motor (found same issue on related w204 subforum). I'm wondering if anyone knows what the part number for the c207 550 is? Probably buying the oem equivalent from fcp.

Just saw your thread - not sure if you have purchased a new one yet. There are a few threads on the site where folks have oiled the bearings on hvac motor. I had this same issue recently and performed the removal and fix in about an hour. It might be a temporary fix, who knows. But its easy enough that if it comes back in 6 months to a year, I'll just do it again.
