Twisting electric seat - will W219 CLS rails fit?

Twisting electric seat - will W219 CLS rails fit?
Passenger (Left) seat forward and back movement is currently twisting to the right as the right side rail is stuck, the motor works and axle is seated within worm gear but on inspection the worm gear is completely worn.
Repair kit available from random chinese distributors here but $100 once posted seems excessive for such a small part, plus not sure how easy it would be to replace. I have been looking at getting a replacement rail with good worm gear and stumbled on a w219 CLS rail which looks identical to that used on the 207/204 power seats. Can anyone confirm this is right?
