None of the air seat functions work on either seat. All electric functions work fine.
Before I dig in to replace the pump, I want to test the seat to ensure the bladders are all functional and didn't cause the pump to burn out because they are leaking.
I checked the main air connector under the seat that goes to the control valve and they aren't broken. I want to disconnect it there and apply air to the control valve to test the seat bladders. My question is, how many psi should I use?
@konigstiger Do you have a wiring diagram for an A207 so I can see how to power this pump for testing? I bought one off of ebay and want to bypass all of the hose plumbing and just test each seat.
i had similar issue when none of the functions worked, but there was a air leak noise. I simply yanked the controllers, replaced the o-rings on the tubes (+some silicone grease) and put it back. brute force, nothing else. It works fine now.
Hey Robert, were the hoses seals you replaced under the front seat(s)? Did the motor make noise at all so you could hear it was working? I have no sound at all from under the seat and wasn’t able to locate anything in the trunk. My car is a 2011 E-350 Cabriolet.
