I did the the OE TUNE on my 2010 e550 coupe with same drivetrain and from experience I can tell you it's been so much fun and I would never go back to stock settings. I added the pops and bangs feature as well and also replaced the resonator with an x-pipe.

I have the same (2010 E550 Coupe) and have been considering buying that same tune and also installing an x-pipe (or other exhaust system modification).
CAN YOU ADVISE ME IF;
A) Should exhaust modifications should be calculated into the OE Tune BEFORE purchase of the OE Tune?
B) Do certain exhaust modifications increase the 32HP added by the OE Tuning, or just change the exhaust system's sound?
C) Can a person load the OE Tune without buying their $300 'My Genius' installation tool (I just can't stand the idea of almost doubling the price of the overall purchase for a 'one-time-use device).
