Hi everyone, I have a 2014 (W212) E350 Cabriolet and my rear passenger window stoped working. The window is closed and won't go down ,i checked the fuse and it's ok, can you help?, thanks
Do assigned button (3) & center console switch both react the same in not opening rear right window and attempting reset fails, try pulling f2 (30A) driver door CU @ engine compartment fuse panel for several minutes in an attempt to reset CU. If this fails best to have someone pull fault code(s) using Xentry (MB diagnostics) for definitive diagnose.

you need a xentry system and someone like me to fix the rear sam, eventually update it also if the Konigstiger solution doesn't work
or go throw your money in a trashcan (the dealer)
