No warning in dash

Define no high beam. Meaning you go to use them, which worked last time you used them, but now nothing happens? One or both?
I suppose if just one I'd assume the bulb is burnt. If both I'd check fuses first, then the switch. If the switch doesn't feel the same as it used to then that would be my #1 suspect.
I've never lost a high beam so I can't say if the car will tell you or not. Perhaps it's assumed you'll know they aren't working so no need to tell you like it does with a tail light? Maybe someone else who knows can chime in.

I have to front headlights. Left is working OK. on Right I lost high beam. Get no warning in dash. Bulb is ok and low and high beam are made from same bulb. I think that the shutter is not working.
I replaced the control unit and nothing changed. I tested with Icarsoft tool and I cannot reach E2n1 (right headlamp control unit). I get no warning for that missing ECU.
I saw that i don't have the rain sensor working (icarsoft test) but also no warning at dash
