Mysterious Asymmetric Rear Wheel House Fastener

Hi, I just found that the fasteners used in left rear wheel house and right rear wheel house are different, which is mysterious. I assumed that it should be a mistake by service center, but after investigating, learned that it was made to be asymmetrical. Anyone with 2014 E-class Coupe or Convertible can confirm they are correct?

Left Rear Wheel House (a nut is used):



Right Rear Wheel House (a bolt is used):

Self answer. I confirmed that 207 model uses different fastener for left and right.
