I just got a 2017 E400 coupe 4MATIC (Premium 1 and 2 packages) and I don't seem to have any visual or audible parking sensors. I don't have PARKTRINIC, but I should have some parking sensors, don't I? I tested it this morning and got 2 inches away from my garage wall and nothing beeped or showed up on the screen or dashboard. Same thing when I am backing up. I have the back camera but that's about it.
I scoured forums and the manual and everyone is talking about visual aids with lights flashing being enough, but I don't have any lights anywhere. I would be satisfied with either visual or audible, but I have neither. I feel like I am overlooking some simple settings to enable the sound/sensors, or do I need to take it to the dealer?
