Is Titan CHF-11s all right for A207 soft-top hydraulic and power-steering oil?
Hi, What oil fits to a207 soft-top?
My car is w212 e350 cabriolet 2012year.
In WIS and the mercedes-benz sheet, it says mb 343.0 is the right one. But thing is there are just two approved oils.
Some says FUCHS titan CHF-11s can work.(This is MB 345.0 approval)
Just curious, for sure, you would like to choose right type of oils. But, I am wondering if slight different viscosity would matter? for example, engine oil for m271~273 is just mb 229.5(5w40). But, I've tried 229.51, 229.52(5w30) during hot season, and it has been no problem so far. So, I believe what matters is that changing oil or fluids in right rotation and times.
OK, so back to the question, what hydraulic oils do you guys use for soft-top?
