2012 e550 rough running between 1500-2000 rpms over 2000 rpm smooth as silk gets a little better after it warms up but it still there can not figure this out

Bad motor mounts can result in a vibration across several hundred rpm. Usually felt at the lower range. On mine it was ~1300-1800 rpm. A borescope camera can be used to inspect the mounts. One of mine was obviously collapsed and wet from the fluid leaking out.
