Headrest Bellows Replacement

Just wondering if anyone can share with me how to replace the front passenger side headrest bellows in an 2013 E 350 convertible?

are you sure you have to replace the bellow because you may just have an air leak from the hose and where you can control the Bellows. You can actually reseal that real easy. Just look it up on YouTube but if you have to replace the bellow than, I would suggest you might have to just spend the money to buy the whole damn seat and they ain’t cheap and usually you have to buy both of them as a pair.

Just to make sure we are talking about the same "bellows" thing.. I am referencing the rubber accordian looking piece that attaches under the headrest and then to the top of the seat. There are a couple of small holes in the rubber creases and I thought I would simply replace the "bellows" (as Mercedes calls it) with a new one for aesthetic purposes.

Surely it doesn't require buying a whole new seat.
