Hey,
I have a couple of problems with water that I can't isolate. Wondering if they could possibly be related.
I have water condensation in the passenger side headlights.
More concerning is actual water in the rear passenger footwell.
I can't find the source of the leak. Headliner is always dry. Front passenger footwell is dry. Driver side front and rear is dry. No drips from sunroof.
I'm perplexed. I've read about clogged sunroof drains, but the coupe seems to be different than the sedan and I don't see any of these drains.
Any ideas?

Once upon a time I installed a subwoofer in a SUV and ran the power cable to the amplifier through the hood release opening. As a result the rubber grommet that was preventing water in the vehicle was not centered and rain water would get in and the appearance of the water showed up in the rear foot well. That's because under the drivers foot well is a rubber protective mat under the carpet to prevent wet feet from seeping water to where the electronics are. If you moved any rubber grommets like the hood release one, it could be causing water to get into the underbody and you'll need to check if any electronics or the subfloor has any rust damage.

I was in Oregon over the past 2 months and with the amount of rain each day I had 2-3" of water settling into the spare tire area in the trunk. I am almost certain it is due to clogged drains associated with the glass roof. I have had other issues through the years, water stains on the pillars, wet carpet in the front passenger area. Probably a good idea to have the drains cleared by a professional. YouTube has some videos on this but looks to involved to tackle myself.
