I have a copy of the 9/4/2018 Coupe DOG but it’s 6.5 MB. The forum only allows 5MB. I’ll upload it as soon as I figure out how to reduce the size.

Edit-Here is the E53 section of the order guide. A couple pages are out of order, but they’re all there.

I sat in one and talked to the MBUSA/AMG rep.and they are USA models. He said there are some demos scattered around. He gave me a $500 off coupon as well. He had driven one a few times and really enjoyed it. But he’s paid to say that and didn’t have to pay for the car.
