E53 TireFit kit part number.
I just got my E53 Cab.
It came with 20" Summer runflats.
Because of this, there is no TireFit kit under the trunk floor.
My 19" Winter snows are NOT runflat.
(There are no MOE staggered snows.)
Anybody have the part number for the TireFit kit?
(The spare tire well is filled with a 12v battery, DC to DC converter, and hybrid power electronics.)

E53A4 - Under the trunk floor
Here are the pictures you requested.
The camera is about 18 inches above the rear bumper.
Note the indentations for the goop can and compressor of the TireFit kit on the left.
Most of the material appears to be black polystyrene foam.
The fuse box cover on the right is a thinner, denser plastic.
E53A4 Under the trunk floor.
The battery is the 12 volt house keeping battery.
I have no clue where the 48 volt battery is.
A wild guess might be that the heatsink on the right belongs to the 48 volt to 12 volt DC to DC converter/battery charger.
Covers removed.

Very interesting. There’s really no usable storage under there.
