when u open smart view on ur android phone drop the scree down u will find smart screen open it and connect your wire usb to the phone open mercidies link and you will see you phone and my phone say connecting to mirror link for long time and nothing happens

Only "15U - Mercedes-Benz Link" is needed. You can check it to your car with a online VIN-decoder.

Yep, so weird document to be official in my opinion but there is enough information to confirm that the device is needed (and the app of course too).

hi sorry for the delayed reply. I had a guy connect to the car via teamviewer software from Switzerland and he activated it using monaco DTS software. You just need to find someone with monaco dts software locally and I can give you his contact. I paid all in around £150 to get it done. Better than the 1.5k upgrade that Mercedes wanted. Don’t think it affects warranty no it’s reversible 🤷🏽‍♂️

hi mate I have a new guy who’s London based and can do it remotely. Contact Rajeev at www.rjautomotive.net tell him Akash sent you and he will look after you.

P.S he recently did my friends 68 reg c200 with no issues
