Power Windows Issus

A238: My left windows is not going down. If I open the door it get a little bit down, close the door little bit up. But If I use the switch nothing happens. And I can't open the roof...
Any idea before I'm going to my dealer?

Search he web to see how to recycle/reboot the car's software. Else it's job for the dealer...

C238 coupe

I have the same issue on my car(C238). The window is not closing properly when I close the door. Then I open it and the power on but I found the switch for the window on the driver door also not working well. I tried the ignition on and off and waiting for a minute seemed to get the switch fixed, was able to close the window manually. That would be fine because it was not rainy.
