2019 E450 Cab, 2021 E350 Sedan
Live Traffic
Just picked up my new E450 Cab yesterday (I love it) and my Live Traffic either doesn’t work or is not enabled. Does my dealer need to do something to make this work. Anyone have any info?

The first thing to do is to check the Mercedes me connect web portal, manage services section. Check that all desired services are toggled on. The dealer should have done this, but maybe they missed one. If Live Traffic is already toggled on, try to turn it off then on again to see if it connects. You can get to the web portal through the owners section on the Mercedes Benz website.

Wasn't working here in the L.A. Area Wednesday morning; was working by the time I drove home that afternoon. Happens from time to time.
