I put a SmartTop on my 911 (https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...ml#post3169742) and loved it for 13.5 years until I sold it.

However im scared to death to put it on my new 2019 E450 Cab because it seems very complicated to install.

Is it easy to install and I am I overly concerned?

Less then 30min to install. It's in my E53 Cab. Just a little bit tight there for the connectors. If there is enough room, you be done in less then 5min. Just plug in between the connectors. That's all. I love it. Nice car

Ok, watched some videos, this seems cool. Can you clarify can I do the following?

1. open the top with one button push on the fob? Don't have to hold the fob the entire time
2. close the top with the one button push on the fob? Don't have to hold the bob the entire time
3. Open the top from inside with one pull up on the button? Don't have to hold it the entire time
4. Close the top from inside with one push down on the button? Don't have to hold it the entire time
5. If this is all correct, anything else cool it does?
6. Does it void any warranty ?

my configuration:
• Tap open 2x: Open the windows
• Tap open 3x: Open the top and open the windows
• Tap close 2x: Close windows.
• Tap close 3x: Close the top and windows
Inside:
pull or push one time to open or close

Comfort Wipers
After using the sprayer, activates the wipers 1x or 2x after short delay.
