2016 E400 soft top won't go down...
My soft top has been working flawlessly until now. The windows go down but nothing after that. Is there a lock-out or fuse for this function? I had it detailed last week and heaven only knows what they may have turned off or turned on when doing their thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Separator
Make sure that the separator is fully down. It triggers a switch to allow the top to lower. Perhaps you should cycle it to be sure.

The separator is fully down. Took it in and they need to search into it....Made an appointment.

2016 would be a 207 model. That forum should hopefully have more answers for you.
