No sound after comand factory reset!

e350 cabriolet 2019
Unhappy No sound after comand factory reset!
Hello,

I just bought a used E350 cabriolet 2019, It is originally from Europe and I live out of Europe, so I entered the Dealer menu and did a Factory reset, now the sound is not working and whenever I try to make any change to the settings "like add profile" I get the same error message " unavailable while the car is in motion" even though the car is in P.

How can I fix this!
