What exactly does CPO cover.
I posted before that my 2020 Cabrio's rear deck had sustained damage prior to my purchase and that dealer agreed that their 'repair' was not up to snuff.
Now after a lot of BS and a wasted round trip to the dealer, Smith Motors of Haverhill, MA, the parts are on 'Back Order' ETA unknown and will cost me 1600.00, supposedly 'splitting' the cost.
The CPO brochure in line 97 states "Interior Trim; Inspect Dash, Door Panels, Seat Covers, Wood, Etc." so I assume this would cover the rear deck.
Would love to hear thoughts on best way to proceed!
