E450
Aftermarket parts questions

So I have no idea why this information isn't easier to find but lets see if I can make some progress.... So I have a 2019 E450 and for all practical purposes I am under the assumption that the E450 is basically a way shinier C43. With that said I know I was told by a rep from AMR that tuning works just the same. But what about parts? Specifically I am trying to find out these 3 things first...

1. Anyone have after market exhaust? And if so what did you go with?
2. Wheel fitment was thinking of buying some Vossens but for the life of me cant figure out what 19's or 20s would work (would prefer 19s for unsprung weight)
3. I heard a thing about wrapping these cars can screw with the sensors like the blind spot assist. can anyone confirm or total BS?

Thanks

Not sure about some of your questions but current E450 coupe is NOT a shinier C-class. Completely different chassis and platform that is based on the much larger E-class sedan. Previous E-class coupe was based on the c-class.

I have clear bra that does not affect the sensors.

As for the aftermarket parts; I have a brand new unused trunk lip in dune silver if you're interested.

E450
Ya it is the same platform... Its the M278 just like the previous C43 so powertrain wise from what I have bene told they are basically the same. To the point AMR flat out told me I could order C43 parts and they will work on the E450. Now the 2020 E450 with that light hybrid I6 yeah totally different.

2018 E400 Coupe
To your points.

2. I went with the following Pilot Sport 4s tires +custom rims and it looks great....Better than 19's in opinion
- Front 20x 9.5 with an ET 35 + Spacer needed
- Back 20x 10.5 with an ET 40 - No spacer needs
3. I fully wrapped my car in satin white pearl. The blind spot assist is fine but the sensors can go become a little off occasionally if I don't keep my car clean (warns u of close objects that are not actually there) plus it messes with the automatic parking which I don't use. But in my opinion its with it for the look
- If you get a clear wrap I'm sure this won't apply

Breakpoint on the C-class chassis as an E cabriolet was at time of transition to the C238/A238 model in 2018 as the E400 cabriolet. The C207/A207 models were the previous shared platform. Press release from initial intro of A238: https://media.daimler.com/marsMediaS...0MDYzMA!!&rs=0
