Good Day All-

I hope you and yours are safe and well.

Can one of you direct me to a place where I can learn about traffic with the on board navigation? It looks like I may have to turn on the WiFi in the car but when I do my phone wants to connect to it and does not work well. Plus I have not paid for WiFi for the car. Sorry for confusion, I am not able to find my answers with my searches.

The car is a 2019 E450 Cab with 4matic.

Traffic should work for 3 years from the service date. There is nothing that you need to do except make sure the ownership was transferred to you. Do you have an owner’s manual? It should be explained in there.

You can turn the Live Traffic on and off. Make sure it is turned on. After a COMAND update mine was off and I had to turn it on again.

Thanks, I found that so hopefully I am good for now.

Any thoughts on what needs to happen to renew after 3 years along with costs? Really appreciate the help

mine is new so no idea right now. My thinking is that after 3 years, if it’s too much, I’ll just go to CarPlay.
