Shudder in steering/floorboard

Hi everyone. My 2018 E400 Coupe with 33k miles has a strange vibration that begins above 20mph but increases, most noticeably at 65mph. You feel it in the steering wheel, gas pedal, and footwell. It feels rather “deep” and can prac give you a little vertigo after a while. Dealer told me there is nothing wrong and the car has a natural shudder due to the lack of a “b pillar”. They have replaced rotors, and repaired rear wheels that were warped all under warranty and rebalanced the tires twice. They say nothing is wrong. Thoughts?! I go back to a new dealer in two days and hope the issue will clearly manifest itself.

They said the wheels aren't bent, the alignment is correct, tire pressure is right and no tires are damaged?
