The wait continues……
My wife’s E450 Cabriolet, having been ordered on 2/15/21 (not is NOT a typo) arrived on the Orion Highway in Baltimore on 9/1……the car now sits at VPC with no sign, word or indication of when it will reach our dealer in Englewood NJ.
Zero help or information from dealer as to “when”………just an incredibly poor experience in customer service from all concerned. Everyone blames everyone else.
and I am a 30 year customer

Wow! That is the worst I have heard of. How frustrating. I suppose you have tried contacting everyone you could think of. One would think MBUSA would get involved in this lack of service.

I have spoken with my sales rep, the sales manager, written to the owner of the dealership.....nothing. I have asked my dealer to contact MBUSA and have heard nothing.
As an aside, my dealer told me the car hadn't been checked off of the boat at VPC. Well, the boat is already back on it's way "home" having been in Baltimore for one day (three weeks ago) and at other ports subsequently....they didn't even know where the boat was!!
This is all very discouraging to a very, very loyal Mercedes owner for 30 years +

Is it a 22 or a 23? Our 23 has been sitting at the VPC in Brunswick since August 22nd and it appears that the 23s have not yet been released. It also took almost a week before the status of ours was changed from on the boat to at the VPC although it has been difficult to track it given some technical issues with the Mercedes reporting system to the dealers.

Then it makes no logical sense but then again, nothing seems to make sense in the current Mercedes delivery situation. If Netstar is back up and running, your dealer should get some kind of a status update once it is off the boat for a week or so.
