Briefly, my car's secondary 48V battery failed suddenly last week. Called benz roadside, they towed my car to my local dealership. They told me they did not have any loaners available. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. The local dealership wouldn't reimburse me for it ($280). I just placed a reimbursement claim via the road side company, "urgently".
The issue was fixed free of charge. I pick up my car, and when the attendant tried to place the tow eye cap in place, it wouldn't snap in place. A piece of plastic was damaged during the whole ordeal.
Mercedes service denied causing the issue. They told me to call the towing company. I did. Back and forth. Went nowhere.
I called urgently again, they gave me a damage claims number.
