I just imported my 2019 E450 car from USA to Saudi Arabia and I can’t connect my car to the internet.

Do anyone knows where the sim card located inside my car?

So, about that SIM card for your E-Class Coupe/Cabrio, I've been digging into this too. From what I've found, it seems like you can get a SIM card slot in the armrest compartment. It's kinda hidden, but once you pop it open, voila!

Now, for where to snag a SIM card, I've been checking out Sims Direct. They seem to have some good deals without the fuss of a contract. I'm leaning towards them for my own setup. It's nice to have options, right? Anyway, hope that helps you out!

Interesting, I thought it was just part of MB's HERMES module, didn't know there was a dedicated SIM card that can be changed.
