Bluetooth audio call has low sound
Hi all, I’m facing an issue when my phone is connected to Bluetooth in the car and making calls. The volume is really low and at times inaudible, this is with the volume up at Max. However listening to music via Spotify I have no issues whatsoever. Any ideas? Thanks

I believe MBUSA released HERMES CU software update to resolve check with dealer if this also applies to your market.
