Asking a stupid question, but I need to know
have a 2019 220d AMG line cabriolet. My question is :- I have active brake assist code258 fitted.
Can I retrofit dynamic cruise control (DCC)?
As I feel that having the radar for active brake assist distance monitoring would allow the retrofit to dynamic cruise control(DCC).
Or is my camera and radar not up to the specifications for DCC?

There are some places that will do this for you but involves hardware and coding.
These guys from Singapore have a video up where they’ve done this and they show the hardware involved…
There is also this channel from China who have a stack of videos showing different retrofits:

Distance is an obvious issue, but very cool to see what’s possible and how it’s done. I stumbled on this stuff as I was interested in updating my AC vents to include ambient lighting.
