Odd Code in VIN Decoder

Odd Code in VIN Decoder
Hi! I am looking at a C238 E400 4Matic Coupe for sale, and it has almost every option available for the car. It is low mileage (~30k), and is very nice! I often use a VIN Decoder when looking at Mercedes to buy to determine the options that were on the car from the factory (something like mbdecoder). This particular car has the following code on it and was trying to get clarity on what exactly it means:
006 SPECIAL TEST VEHICLE
I have looked around a little bit on this forum and Google and have found that this might be a Press car. Does anybody know what it means, and any indicated as to whether or not to buy the car? I have seen some mention to avoid certain AMG Vehicles with this code, however, considering this is an E400, is it fine?
