Just picked up an E450 cabriolet. The AR overlay on the MBUX navigation is super bright/contrasty. The image looks really bad. Now, I am in Florida, so maybe the sunshine is the issue, but the screen is so overexposed that it's difficult to see the overlaid arrows indicating where to turn.

Is the brightness adjustable or is this a problem?

Brightness is indeed adjustable but the light sensor automatically maximize the brightness anyways when it senses a lot of light, like the sun shining on it. The adjustment only affects the screen when there is less ambient lighting (such as night time)
