Traffic Light Assist

Does anyone have any info on the “Traffic Light Assist” feature?

I see the this feature in my Assistance menu but it is greyed out and says “No Subscription Service.”

I’ve already activated the on demand Mercedes Benz Navigation feature. (You would think this feature would be included in the on demand Navigation product.)

I cannot see/find where you can purchase this option in the Mercedes Me Connect Store.

Thanks in advance.

I have a similar function on my Audi that tells me when lights will change. Only some cites are tied into it and then not all lights. It's not all that accurate or helpful.

Someone from NY posted here how it works. It will tell you when the red light turns green. A countdown feature. Apparently NY is wired for this feature.

I was actually researching to see if the dash would display the posted speed limit for the road traveled. Apple Maps has this feature and I have seen it in some MB screen shots.

Thanks

My 2018 displays the speed limit and flashes when exceeded. Option is call Traffic Sign Assist.

You are correct. I was confusing two different options. Traffic Sign and Traffic Light.

I have Traffic Light Assist.

My question should have been how do I get the MBUX to display the speed limit of the road I traversing on the dash?
