Starter battery critical message

I have a 17 E300 and I am getting starter battery critical message

the starter battery charge status of the vehicle ******** is critical. To ensure that the vehicle is able to start, please connect a battery charger or drive the vehicle for 30 to 60 minutes. When using the battery charger, please observe the notes in Owner's Manual in your vehicle.

It never fails to start, but I've not been able to connect phone via Auto Android. It charges but doesn't connected. Also I can't use auto stop/start. I get the yellow A sign on dash.
Would these issues be related to possible issue with starter battery or something else?

Sounds like the main battery is in-fact too low. If possible, use something like CTEK MXS 5 in AGM mode to top off, or the battery may need replacement.

So try to charge main battery with this?

Can that also be used for 12V battery?
Any danger of doing any damage to anything here?

Experienced exactly the same with my M/Y 2019 C238. After several attempts to recharge the battery, the dealer replaced it under warranty
and the problem was gone.

A complete workshop test should be not only testing the battery (voltage under crank) but also alternator capacity
which is tested with the engine running at a defined rpm, all consumers turned on etc. This to rule out a faulty alternator.

Yeah think there might be an issue with the battery for me too. I bought a CTEK charger, but it won't go past Stage 6
