Hello, I have a Mercedes W238 2018, I have a problem with infotainment. Half a year ago, half of the display stopped working. The part where the radio camera is located. I had it updated by Mercedes, it took 2 weeks and then again. A problem. it can be turned on for a few seconds, it shines at half brightness. Turns the sound on and turns off after 2 seconds.
And after a few seconds, the display will also turn off. The cameras, sensors, blind spot, and sign tracking do not work. The last time it did it to me was 3 months ago, it didn't work for 3 days, and suddenly everything worked. It took 3 days and again. the SOS button also started writing an error that it is not working..
