2023 E450 Cabriolet Issue with Outgoing Bluetooth Phone Quality
Hi
So I have read multiple posts regarding this issue.
Basically the quality of the outgoing call when using bluetooth sounds like you are in a tunnel with background road noise (sounding far away).
People complain when I am making phone calls and it is pretty frustrating. The most common solution is to pull the microphones out and remove the paper that is in between.
This has been done and did not fix the issue. The Mercedes dealer installed new microphones as well and this did not fix the issue either.
We drove another 2023 E450 Cabriolet to see how the bluetooth worked on that car compared to mine, and it sounded as it should.
The bluetooth system does recognize voice commands.
I am at a loss on what else to do. The car is brand new. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated. The car is currently at the dealer.
