Issue Booting Up of NAV Screen

Anyone experience an issue whereby when you start the car, the NAV screen doesn't boot up properly
and remains black? The radio function won't work either but the back up camera works fine and the temperature display at the bottom of the screen still shows
properly.
Has happened about 4 times thus far.
Just turning off the car doesn't fix it.
I have to lock the door as well for a while.

Sounds like your car may have a loose wire connection someplace, or it could be that the unit is kaput. I'd spend the money and take it to a dealer or competent garage that specializes in MB to diagnose and fix the problem — most people would find that nearly impossible to do themselves, especially without damaging the car even more.

I don’t think it’s a wire because the screen works as mentioned above with the rear camera and temperature level.
I think it its a booting problem. Doesn’t happen often.
