How much should I trust my MBenz app?
2023 E450 4Matic - with ~2200 miles since new)
How much trust do you all put into your apps? Are there known lagging issues or going to the source of truth - inside the vehicle - is the way to go?
The dealer wants to sell me a 'MBenz Brand' Battery Tender, but honestly, I don't intend to winterize this - whilst admittedly so not driving it much either.
I can't get to this show 'Fully Charged'.

12V battery charge is also accurate. Partially Charged is quite normal, unless you drive long distances regularly or have the battery on a tender if you don't drive a lot. Keep in mind, the car always maintains an online connection to be ready to receive remote lock/start commands, so that slowly drains the battery. If the battery goes low and you get a warning in the car it'll say critical and send a notification through the app as well. That's when you know you have to go for a long drive or hook it up to a charger. You can also activate standby mode if available in your model. That will turn everything off and allows the car to be parked for extended periods without draining the battery.
The service due indicator is the same as ASSIST PLUS in the car. It'll either count down the miles if it looks like you gonna do at least 10k per year or otherwise it shows you the next service date 12 months from the last service. It may also alternate between the two until it's clear whether your next service will be mileage or time based. For example I only drive about 4000 miles per year, so it shows me my next service date.

Other than that, if you are parked in a garage, you can enable standby mode (each time) as it resets itself once you turn on the engine and turn off. What this does is disable all communication to Mercedes' servers and also disable anti-theft alarm but battery can last way longer.
