C238 rattles from rear right interior - HELP
HELP - Please help... I am the happy owner of a recently bought E220d 4Matic Coupé. Since buying it, I notice a "rattling" sound - very annoying - coming from inside the car. Sounds like either the right side rear deck or roof og side panel. Difficult to locate precisely. It occurs only on uneven surfaces... Has anyone any experience or suggestions? I will be forever grateful

- I had the same sort of annoying rattles, it turned out to be the sunroof rubbers/seals. It was winter when I bought my car so didn’t have the sunroof open, obviously.
The warm weather came and I opened roof and the noises disappeared. Have you opened the roof?

@Nick66 Thank you for the heads-up. That I will for sure try coming weekend. Could actually sound like that sort of back right corner area of panorama roof

Dear @Nick66 I tried today opening the panoramic roof. Guess what. No rattle. Thank you a million, what a relief to have finally located the culprit 🙏 Your help is invaluable. Thank you again 🤩. Next up is a visit to MB, since I have extended warranty (10 years)

@Nick66 I can add I bought a small bottle of silicone and applied on both the rubber seal around the roof top and also bottom side of glasspanel. Wupti, rattle gone 
Once again, thank you a million for the tip - which not only saved me a lot of "trouble-shooting" hours, but also money as no need for MB repairshop.
