Wind noise issue !

Wind noise issue !
Hello guys,

I'm desperately trying to fix a wind noise after 90kmh the noise is unbearable, it starts from the b pillar to the rear window, I started by looking at all the windows seals and I just noticed a hole in the seal I don't know if it's normal? It might be the water drain from the sunroof I don't know, if someone can help me please, thank you

Definitely not normal. The rubber seal should extend all the way to the back window. Here's a shot of the rear window on my 2018 E400 Coupe:

thanks you so much !! Now I know where this annoying wind sound come from I will buy a new seals asap
